Shipping
Every pair of Naang Boots is made to order by hand in our Bangkok workshop. Because of this, production times may vary. Please review our current lead times before placing your order.
Production Time vs Shipping Time
Naang Boots are made to order, which means each pair is produced after an order is placed.
The lead time listed on our website refers to the production time required to build your boots, not the shipping time.
Once your boots are completed and shipped, delivery typically takes 4–5 business days, depending on your location.
Worldwide Shipping
To keep ordering simple for our customers, Naang Boots offers flat-rate worldwide shipping.
Flat-Rate Shipping: $50 USD per pair
Carrier: DHL Express
Estimated Delivery Time: 4–5 business days after shipment
This flat-rate shipping applies to any destination worldwide, regardless of location.
Tracking
All shipments include full tracking.
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to the email address provided at checkout.
You can track your shipment at:

Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees depending on the destination country.
These charges are not included in the shipping price and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Shipment Responsibility
Once an order has been shipped and transferred to the carrier, responsibility for the shipment passes to the shipping provider.
Naang Boots is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage that may occur during transit. However, we will assist customers in working with the carrier to resolve shipping issues whenever possible.
Refused Deliveries
If a shipment is refused by the customer or returned due to unpaid duties, taxes, or customs fees, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges and any additional fees incurred.
Returned shipments will not be eligible for a refund. Any applicable costs associated with the return shipment may be deducted from future exchanges or replacement orders.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and accurate.
Naang Boots is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information. If a package is returned due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.
This version now reads like a complete, professional shipping page used by premium craft brands.
Returns, Exchanges & Repairs
Naang Boots are built the old way, by hand, one pair at a time in our Bangkok workshop. We use traditional construction methods, premium leathers, and a design philosophy focused on durability, repairability, and all-day comfort. Because every pair is made to order rather than pulled from warehouse stock, our return and exchange policies differ from those of mass-produced footwear.
For this reason, refunds are not offered.
If there is a problem with your boots or a defect in workmanship, we will absolutely work with you to make it right. Our goal is that every pair of Naang Boots leaving our workshop performs exactly as intended.
If you believe there is an issue with your boots, please contact orders@naangboots.com and include your order number along with photos of the concern.
Exchanges (Sizing)
If your boots do not fit as expected, we offer one size exchange per order, subject to the conditions below.
All exchanges must be authorized before returning any goods. Please contact orders@naangboots.com to request exchange authorization.
Exchange Conditions
Boots must:
Be authorized for returned within 7 days of delivery
Be unused and unworn outdoors
Be in original condition
Be returned with original packaging and all accessories
Boots showing signs of wear, outdoor use, modification, or damage cannot be accepted for exchange.
We strongly recommend trying on your boots indoors on a clean surface when first checking the fit.
Fit Evaluation Period
When you receive your Naang Boots, please evaluate the fit indoors before wearing them outside.
Once boots have been worn outdoors they are considered used and are no longer eligible for exchange.
Signs of outdoor wear may include:
Scuffing or abrasion on the outsole
Dirt, dust, or moisture exposure
Creasing from extended wear
Wear on the heel or sole
If you are unsure about the fit, please contact orders@naangboots.com before wearing your boots outside.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs as well as the shipping cost of replacement boots.
All returns must be sent using EMS service from your local postal provider.
Returns shipped via private courier services (DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.) may be refused due to brokerage and import processing fees.
We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as Naang Boots cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Customers in the US and UK will be given domestic return addresses to streamline the return process.
Packaging Returns
Returned boots must be packed carefully to prevent damage during transit.
Returns must include:
Original box
Original packaging materials
Any accessories originally supplied
Items Not Eligible for Exchange
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Sale items
Factory Seconds
Boots built on custom lasts
Boots with custom design modifications
Boots that have been worn outdoors
Boots that have been altered or modified
Break-In Period
Naang Boots are constructed using traditional methods including leather insoles, leather midsoles, and hand-welted construction. Because of this, a break-in period is normal.
During the first several wears you may experience:
Firmness in the sole
Stiffness in the leather
Minor pressure points as the boot begins to mold to your foot
With wear, the leather footbed, upper leather, and sole will gradually shape to your foot, creating a personalized fit.
Break-in discomfort alone does not indicate an incorrect size or a defect.
Natural Leather Variation
Naang Boots are made from premium natural leather, which may display variations such as:
Grain variation
Natural marks or scars
Slight color variation
Wrinkling or creasing
These characteristics are a natural part of genuine leather and are not considered defects.
Natural leather will develop creasing as the boots are worn and flex with the movement of the foot; this is a normal characteristic of quality leather and is not considered a defect.
Warranty & Craftsmanship
Naang Boots are built to be durable, repairable footwear.
If your boots has a manufacturing defect or material issue, please contact orders@naangboots.com. We will evaluate the issue and determine the appropriate repair or solution.
Normal wear, improper care, or damage caused by misuse are not covered under this policy.
Sizing Responsibility
Customers are responsible for reviewing the Naang Boots Sizing Guide before placing an order.
Boot fit can vary depending on foot shape, sock choice, and personal fit preference. If you are unsure about sizing, we strongly encourage contacting us at orders@naangboots.com before placing your order.
We are happy to provide guidance, but the final sizing decision remains the responsibility of the customer.
Ensuring proper sizing before ordering is the best way to guarantee the correct fit on your first pair of Naang Boots.
